Faulty or incorrect items
Please contact our office for an authorization number prior to returning any items. All authorisations will be issued in writing. Goods can only be returned if an authorization number is requested within 7 days of your invoice date and will only be accepted back if received by us within 14 days of your invoice date.
A Scrapbook Affair will pay for all shipping costs to return and replace the item with the correct item. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Change of Mind
Items will only be accepted at the discretion of A Scrapbook Affair, the return procedure is exactly the same as that listed above for faulty or incorrect items. If A Scrapbook Affair agrees to accept the return of the item, its is only on the condition that you accept to pay all shipping costs for both the return and the shipping of any subsequent items, at which point you will be issued with an authorisation as above.
