Payment
To guarantee your safety whilst shopping with us, we use internationally recognised Pay Pal to facilitate the payment of your purchases, offering you a wide range of payment options and most importantly the security of your financial information.
Shipping
Orders over $60 will be shipped free of charge (yes our minimum order for free shipping is slightly higher than our competitors, this is due to our lower prices).
A Scrapbook Affair reserves the right to charge additional shipping on large and bulky items, these will generally be noted in the description of the item and you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to alter your order should this occur.
Items in stock will generally be shipped within 24hrs of receiving your order (with the exception of weekends and public holidays in which case it will be the next business day), delivery will depend on the schedules of Australia Post, our preferred supplier. If you would like an alternative supplier or would like to arrange you own shipping please contact us as we are happy to oblige wherever possible.
We take every care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive your order safely, we recommend you insure your product for your added security.
Returns
Faulty or incorrect items
Please contact our office for an authorization number prior to returning any items. All authorisations will be issued in writing. Goods can only be returned if an authorization number is requested within 7 days of your invoice date and will only be accepted back if received by us within 14 days of your invoice date.
A Scrapbook Affair will pay for all shipping costs to return and replace the item with the correct item.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Change of mind
Items will only be accepted at the discretion of A Scrapbook Affair, the return procedure is exactly the same as that listed above for faulty or incorrect items. If A Scrapbook Affair agrees to accept the return of the item, its is only on the condition that you accept to pay all shipping costs for both the return and the shipping of any subsequent items, at which point you will be issued with an authorisation as above.
Out of Stock Items
A Scrapbook Affair makes every effort to ensure we only sell items that are currently in stock. On occasions, this may not occur. If the item is expected into our stock within 3 working days, your order will be held, you will be notified by email and the order filled as soon as the stock is available. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 4 working days, your order will be sent as is and a credit returned to your account.
Minimum order
The minimum order is $10 (excluding shipping).
